SafeDose is a health-tracking mobile application that helps parents and guardians monitor a child's temperature, record administered medications and dosages, and store basic child profile information including name, weight, and year of birth. SafeDose is intended for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.
In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services (e.g., 112 in the EU, 911 in the US) immediately. Do not rely on SafeDose in emergency situations.
SafeDose is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older) acting as parents or legal guardians of a child. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
SafeDose stores data locally on your device and/or in secured cloud services depending on App configuration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@criscode.com of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use SafeDose only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
SafeDose processes health-related data about children as entered by their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or directly interact with the App. All data about a child is entered and controlled exclusively by the parent or guardian.

All content, features, and functionality of SafeDose — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Criscode and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
SafeDose is built with the Flutter framework (licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License by Google) and incorporates various open-source packages. These packages are used under their respective open-source licenses (including MIT, BSD, and Apache 2.0 licenses). In accordance with these license requirements, a full list of open-source components and their license notices is accessible within the App under Settings → Open Source Licenses.
The inclusion of open-source software does not grant you any rights beyond those set forth in the respective open-source licenses and these Terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAFEDOSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRISCODE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
SafeDose is operated by Criscode, a company registered in Poland. These Terms are governed by Polish law and EU regulations. For users in the European Union, these Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available under local law. For users outside the EU, applicable local law may also apply.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. EU users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of SafeDose after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
